What is wonderful about Lewis Howes and his podcast The School of Greatness is that he invites highly interesting and competent people, the very top of their leagues. Let me show you two short tasters and one full episode.
If you listen to my podcast Zuzi Reads, you will soon hear an excerpt from "Never Split a Difference", a book by former FBI hostage negotiator Chris Voss. This clip on Facebook captures Voss explaining that asking questions doesn't always lead to getting information. (Provided you don't have a Facebook account, listen to the beginning of this video, around min 9-11.)

Hostage negotiators trigger information without asking questions.
Never underestimate the other side's desire to correct you. It makes people feel powerful and smart. (Chris Voss)
The second short clip features Rory Vaden, a self-discipline strategist.

The human brain is not designed for success but for survival. Survival is about conserving energy while success is about expanding energy and doing uncomfortable things. (Rory Vaden)
And now the promised full-length interview, in fact, most likely the best interview I've heard Lewis hold. This time he interrupts less than usual and thus allows a better flow of what Simon Sinek says. Simon Sinek is an English-American inspirational speaker on business leadership and he often speaks about service, honour, chivalry and how to thrive in business and life. Those who read my posts, you've already met Sinek here.
This episode is filled with humility, honesty and expertise - a beautiful unique pairing - as Lewis frames the interview at the beginning: Simon has both intelligence and vulnerability. I'd say he's very insightful and also gives off an air of kindness and a degree of humility.
I hope you don't mind the repetition of guests. In case you've already heard enough from Simon, choose someone else to listen to from Lewis' YouTube channel.
May you get inspired! ☺
